I've been admiring these products for a while. Glad I ordered a couple of items to try. They're so soft & of high quality. Like the fact they arrive in eco friendly packaging. Big shout out for their customer service. Originally they sent via Royal Mail but because of COVID & staff holidays recently, didn't deliver much post in all of my town & of a consequence, the original package has been 'lost'. It's tracked 48 hrs & it can be seen still in the local sorting office awaiting delivery....that was 12 days ago. Well done Bamboo Clothing as a new package sent via DHL & arrived next day.

Really comfy clothing. I now buy all my underwear from Bam. Great products and very speedy delivery.

Just bought women’s Siskin Cargo shorts. As you would expect from BAM they are very good quality but they also hold their shape beautifully and are extremely comfortable.

Love these clothes, ethical, comfortable and affordable. Delivery is swift and efficient with hassle free returns.

Bam Socks. These are not cheap ( none of their products are) but they are so soft and very comfortable to wear. However, and it’s a BIG HOWEVER. After only a seasons wear, I’ve found that the heels wear very thin. Of course this is a heavy wear area BUT I’ve never had this problem with cotton socks after such a short time. They REALLY need to look at this and make improvements. As I said these socks are not cheap and so should have more durability.

BAM have contacted me and have supplied replacement socks, which they assure me have been improved since I got the first socks. Excellent customer service

Had a nice soft top from them that unfortunately was snug for the size. Having just received their high summer collection catalogue, I see I may be too fat for their target audience. No curvy girls there. Fat girls exercise too...

I bought 4 bamboo briefs from them because of all the good reviews, but I'm really disappointed with the quality. After several washings, they started wearing out and one of them got ripped. It's pretty quickly, considering that other bamboo underwear from other brands that I 've got, are still in a very good condition. I wouldn't recommend it and definitely I won't buy again from them.

Bags for re-cycling clothes and helping the needy are rationed and you are told that unless you are making a further purchase you cannot have an additional one..this at the same time that they are peddling discounts and free delivery if you buy as part of a celebration of the 'jubilee'.. the irony of celebrating the largest landowners on the planet and their undemocratic dictatorship

I have lots of BAM clothing I have accumulated over recent years, and I like everything about it. But last week, Tracy in customer services took my appreciation of BAM to a whole new level of good. Superb. Thank you. David.

I purchased three pairs of leggings in Sept/Oct last year on the recommendation of a friend.

I use them maybe once a week for running.

I wear a knee support and within a month two of the leggings had holes in the knee.

Fast forward a few months and all three leggings have holes around the crotch and inner thighs.

I have bought much cheaper leggings that have lasted a lot longer.

For the price I would expect much better quality.

They are really comfortable and the fit is lovely but not worth the money if they are going to fall apart after a few months.

I bought several pairs of socks. I chose bamboo as I believed it was a 'green' alternative. Today I received my socks with two leaflet, and an unrequested full color printed paper catalogue. I am so cross about this - it will literally go straight into the recycling. I do everything I can to avoid unnecessary waste and one-time use and this . I mean, you market yourself as a 'viable and environmentally sustainable business'. Apparently the paper is from 'sustainable sources', but it takes energy to make paper, to transport it, to dispose of it, and inks for printing. What a complete and utter waste of resources. I know it's a small thing, but I am so cross as I feel like I have been conned. I only hope the socks are ok and I don't need to throw these away after a few wears.

First of all, I do want to say that I usually like the BAM clothing. However, I bought 2 Jersey bamboo briefs and I am very disappointed with it. It squashes my bits and very uncomfortable. I also do not like the feel of it at all. Very very disappointed, these will stay probably at the back of my drawers for ever. Wrong buy! I know we all come in different shapes but this is not good at all.

Absolutely outstanding company and genuinely the best clothes I've ever worn.

BAM are just straight up the best. No other way of putting it. My entire boxer/sock wardrobe is pure BAM, half of my tops and all of my gym gear.

The clothing is ridiculously comfortable with very soft fabric and great sizing/fitting. You stay at a lovely temperature wearing it (it seems to both be cool in hot weather and paradoxically warm in cold weather). It's also extremely hard wearing; I've got a BAM polo neck I use for snowboarding which is so old it's not even in their catalogue any more and even thought it's been to the mountains 8 times for seriously extreme sports it's still as good as brand new. It's great value for money as the clothes you get from them with last for literally years and years. I also love how the clothing is sustainably sourced too!

Finally the team at BAM themselves are brilliant! I had to get in touch to ask a huge favour of them recently (asking for a return a LONG way past the 30 day window) and they were amazing with me - pure customer focus, no questions asked and they fixed absolutely everything for me.

I couldn't recommend any other clothing brand over these guys both on quality and on customer service. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed!
